Season Sponsor

Includes advertising for your business on our website, social media accounts, on the lobby monitor in Takena Hall at the college, and on all our print materials for the duration of our 2025 season. In addition you will receive two free tickets to each of our theatrical productions throughout the year. If you donate by the end of September we will include the above for the remainder of 2024 as well.

$500 - $1499 

 

Includes all methods of advertising above but for two months prior to and during the run of the show you select to sponsor (spring, summer or fall). This level includes two free tickets to see the show you sponsor.

Area Sponsor

Any Amount

We have multiple areas within the operation of MVP that need help with funding. This can include goods and services to help us produce our shows and allows flexibility for businesses to designate an amount or product of their choosing towards areas of interest.

Area Sponsor Examples: 

  • Lumber to build sets. 

  • Paint to craft sets and keep our stage looking pristine. 

  • Scholarships towards our summer educational camp so kids from low income families can participate. Approximate cost for camp is $150 per student.

  • Costumes for our camp production will cost $1400 - $2200. 

  • Stage makeup runs between $300 - $400 and up per production. 

  • Staffing, we will require a vocal director for our 5 week summer camp. Estimated cost $800 - $1000.

  • Marketing/advertising and printing costs start at $300 per event. 

  • Operational costs including insurance, internet, pos fees, licensing fees, entrance fees for tabling events/parades/fairs/festivals, rental equipment etc. etc.

 

If you select “Area Sponsor” we will work with you to come up with a marketing package that is commensurate with the value of your sponsorship.

Since MVP is relatively new we are trying to keep our costs low. For comparison, 

at the Majestic Theater in Corvallis a Season Sponsor starts at $3000

 

If any person/representative from your business would like to volunteer at any of our events, we would love to provide a special thank you to your business publicly on social media with links to your website and social media accounts.
